The eel-embossed pattern is a nice little detail without looking too flashy. I especially like how the brown leather works with cream pants and darker denim. The material feels a bit structured at first, so I'd give them a little time to break in.

I like the texture on these because it gives the sneakers more character without making them look flashy. The low-profile shape works well with jeans and casual trousers, and the leather has a nice broken-in look. They felt a little firm on the first wear, but that improved after a couple of outings.
