This Shipping Policy explains how MOAOSHINE handles orders placed at moaoshine.com.

Where we ship and what it costs

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. Any applicable sales tax is shown at checkout.

Order preparation and delivery

We prepare orders after payment is confirmed. If a product page or checkout displays a dispatch estimate, that estimate applies to the order. Otherwise, we expect to ship a completed order within 30 days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier and is not a guaranteed arrival date.

When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. Please check your order confirmation for the shipping address and contact us promptly if it needs correction. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch.

Delays or delivery problems

If we cannot ship within the stated time, or within 30 days when no time was stated, we will contact you with a revised date and the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If tracking reports a delivery problem, or your order arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve it.
