Terms of service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to your use of moaoshine.com and purchases from MOAOSHINE. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.

Using the store

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us, and to use this website lawfully. You are responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activities carried out through your account.

Products, prices, and orders

We aim to describe products, sizes, colors, availability, and prices accurately. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. The product details and total shown at checkout are the details of the order you submit. Applicable taxes are displayed before payment.

After an order is placed, we send an acknowledgment to the email address supplied at checkout. If an item becomes unavailable or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for an item we cannot provide. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error before accepting an order.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

We currently ship only within the United States. The shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy. You may request an eligible return within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@moaoshine.com with your order number. For an eligible size or preference return refunded to the original payment method, a 30% restocking fee applies to the amount paid for the returned item. This fee does not apply to a wrong or defective item or where a full refund is required by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Website content

Text, product images, graphics, and other content on this website are provided for shopping and informational use. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without permission from the rights holder.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as our store changes. The version posted here applies when you use the website, while the terms disclosed at checkout apply to the order you place. If you have a question, email info@moaoshine.com or visit Contact us.
