Refund policy

We want you to understand your return options before you order. For questions or to start a return, email info@moaoshine.com with your order number.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. The footwear must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories. You may try shoes on indoors on a clean surface; wear outdoors or damage after delivery can make an item ineligible for a discretionary return.

Refunds to the original payment method

For an eligible return due to size, preference, or a change of mind, a 30% restocking fee is deducted from the amount paid for the returned item. The remaining eligible amount is refunded to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. We will tell you the expected refund amount before you send the item back. Any applicable tax adjustment will follow the law.

The 30% fee does not apply when we send the wrong item, the item arrives defective, or a full refund is required by law. If an order cannot be fulfilled or we cannot ship it within the promised time and you decline a delay, we will issue a full refund without a restocking fee.

How to return an item

1. Email info@moaoshine.com with your order number, the item, and the reason for return. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
2. Wait for return authorization, packing instructions, and the designated shared-warehouse address. Please do not send an item to our Bronx correspondence address.
3. Pack the item securely with its original packaging and send it using a trackable service to the address supplied for your return.
4. After we receive and inspect the return, we will email you whether the refund is approved and the amount.

Return destination: Contact info@moaoshine.com before shipping. Our team will provide the designated shared-warehouse address for your order; that location may be overseas. The Bronx correspondence address is not a return address.

Return shipping and customs: For an eligible return due to size, preference, or a change of mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs charges or duties associated with sending the item to the designated warehouse, including when the warehouse is outside the United States. We will provide the destination before you ship so you can review the cost. If we sent the wrong item or a defective item, we will arrange or pay for return shipping.

Refund timing: Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post it.
